Apartments: $400.00 up to 1300 sq. ft.
Town homes: $500.00 up to 1800 sq. ft.
Single family homes $600.00 up to 2700 sq. ft.

2)Floor Waxing Special 
$400.00 up to 450 sq. ft.
$550.00 up to 900 sq. ft.

3)Wood Floor Polishing Special
$200 per area ( 3 rooms or more)

4)Final cleaning Special
20% off all service that`s paid upon completion

5)Basic Cleaning Special
$150.00  3 hours of Basic cleaning.

After 3 hours there`s a hourly charge of $55.00 per hour if needed.

6) A free month of office cleaning.

 

7) Spring Cleaning Special

$200 per hour
